As a mimic, Nym can technically take any form she wants. However, because she made the mistake of eating a demonic bat, she will always have features that represent that creature, no matter what form she takes.

Q: Do you have any other social media presence?
A: I used to, but starting in 2019, I started to go through a severe case of art block and stopped posting completely to all platforms. The art block and depression at the time were severe, lasting until late 2023. I tried to start posting on occasion starting in 2024, but my art had regressed, I had lost all love and drive for posting, and those that had supported me had moved on. Any and all old accounts are abandoned.

Q: What art programs and tools do you use?
A: For work I do on my iPad 12 Pro, I use Procreate. Any work I do on my PC is using a Wacom Cintiq 16 and Clip Studio Paint.

Q: What inspired you to become a Vtuber / streamer?
A: I've always loved creating content and sharing my interests with likeminded people! After my break from art and social media, I really wanted to start over, but couldn't figure out how. Streaming as a Vtuber allows me to combine a ton of my passions into one, all while building a community to enjoy it together!

An increase of price is required if you are using your commission for commercial use, which is anything that assists in or earns you a profit.
Please be up front and honest about your intent to use your commission for commercial use. Any deception or use of the commission without paying the commercial fee will result in the client being blocked and/or no longer being able to commission me.

Terms of Service

I reserve the right to refuse your request if:
● I feel uncomfortable with the request.
● I do not feel like it is a request I can accomplish within a reasonable amount of time.
● I do not feel like it is a request I can accomplish at the level of quality I expect of myself.
● If the commissioner pushes back against the stated price.Payment and Fees
● Payments are processed through PayPal invoice only.
● An invoice from PayPal is sent via my PayPal account to your provided email address. You do not Have to have a PayPal account to pay for the invoice.
● Payment must be made in full before commission is started.
I will allow partial payments over an amount of time, but I will not start your commission until the commissioner has paid the full amount.
● I do not haggle my prices. The price that I give is the amount that must be paid.
● Extra fees may be included in the price for:
> Excessive detail of the character and/or background.
> If you request for the commission to be rushed.

● When sending a request via email, the commission request form must be filled out to completion.
I will request extra details if necessary.
There is a deposit of 10% required for a spot on the waitlist. It is only refundable if I cannot take the commission.Revisions
● I will contact the commissioner upon completing specific milestones of the commission for approval. If you require a revision, please let me know immediately, as any delay will impact not only the process of your commission, but those waiting on the commission list.
● There will be one final check with the commissioner right before the piece is finalized. Any final revisions must be made at that point, as once the commission is officially completed, all other requests for revisions will be rejected.
● Please be clear, quick, and concise with your revision requests and approvals.Usage and Copyright
● The commissioner can use my artwork for any personal use that does not gain a profit without commercial fees being paid.
● The commissioner can never claim my artwork as their own or imply otherwise.
● Credit is only necessary If the commission is posted elsewhere in full or used for profit.
● I reserve the right to my artwork and may use it as I see fit, including posting it on social media or using it as an example of a commission unless directly requested otherwise by the commissioner.
● The commission cannot be altered without consulting me first.
● The commissioner retains all rights for any original characters.
● Using my artwork to gain a profit is prohibited, unless commercial fees are paid.
Using the artwork for profit includes:
○ Putting the artwork on merch.

● Commercial use does not void me of owning copyright and credit as the illustrator of the commission.

● Commission may only be refunded in full before the piece as been started. Any deposits for the waitlist will not be refunded in this case.
● If a refund is requested after the piece has been started at any point, only a percentage of the payment will be refunded depending on how much of the commission I have completed.
● If a refund is requested towards the end of the commission or charge back is done at any point for any reason, you will not be able to commission me in the future. All rights to the commission will be forfeit.Behavior
Any crude, sexual, argumentative, rude behavior, threats, or harassment from the client will not be tolerated.
I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time if there is any prohibited behavior directed towards me by the client.
If such behavior occurs and the commission is cancelled, a refund will not be provided. Documentation of the harassment will be taken and you will be blocked and/or blacklisted from commissioning me.●●●**By commissioning and finalizing payment, you agree to all the above terms.
